BAR-B-Q BUFFET
  • Hickory smoked, chopped pork with bar-b-q sauce on the side, baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad & chunky chocolate chip cookies.
SOUP / SALAD / POTATO BUFFET
  • Choice of 2 soups: chicken & rice, chili, vegetable beef or broccoli and cheese, tossed salad with assorted dressings, baked potato with butter, sour cream & grated cheese and chunky chocolate chip cookies
SANDWICH BUFFET
  • Choice of 3: homemade chicken salad, pimento cheese, sliced ham or sliced turkey served with assorted breads, cheese, lettuce, tomato, potato chips, relish tray and chunky chocolate chip cookies
LASAGNA BUFFET
  • Layered with meat sauce & cheese, served with garlic bread, garden salad with assorted dressings, choice of lemon ice box, apple, pecan or chocolate cream pie for dessert.
